The La Roche-Posay Effaclar Micro-Peeling Purifying Gel Cleanser is a daily face and body wash formulated for oily and acne-prone skin with persistent imperfections. Unlike standard cleansers, it combines cleansing with a micro-exfoliating action to help unclog pores, eliminate excess oil, and reduce the appearance of blemishes and marks.
